1. Grant of consent
1.1. Acting freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, and confirming that I have legal capacity, I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by sole proprietor Alexander D. Yarygin, INN 720410916222, OGRNIP 321723200057319 (the “Controller”), on the terms set out below.
1.2. For the purposes of this consent, “personal data” means any information relating to me as a data subject.
2. Personal data I provide
2.1. I consent to the Controller processing the following categories of my personal data:
- full name;
- contact information — Telegram username (for a request submitted on the website); email address and phone number if I provided them, including when paying;
- information about the company I work for and my position;
- information about the task or request I submit;
- technical information automatically transmitted by the device I use to access the glake.ai website: IP address, cookie data, browser information, access time, and other technical parameters;
- additional information I provide in the course of consultations or the provision of services.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- providing access to the glake.ai website and its features;
- processing my service requests and providing consultations;
- entering into and performing service agreements;
- communicating with me, including in Telegram using the username from my request, sending notifications, requests, and information related to the provision of services, and handling my inquiries;
- improving service quality and developing new services;
- conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
- carrying out the functions, exercising the powers, and fulfilling the duties assigned to the Controller by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Processing operations
4.1. I consent to the Controller performing the following actions with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
4.2. Personal data may be processed with or without the use of automated means.
5. Disclosure to third parties
5.1. I consent to my personal data being disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
- when disclosure is necessary to provide me with a particular service or to perform a contract with me;
- when disclosure is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, under a procedure established by law;
- when disclosure takes place as part of a sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), in which case all obligations to comply with the terms of personal data processing pass to the acquirer.
6. Term and withdrawal of consent
6.1. This consent remains in effect from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.
6.2. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending written notice to the Controller by email at hello@glake.ai.
6.3. If consent is withdrawn, the Controller may continue to process personal data without the data subject’s consent where there are grounds for doing so under clauses 2–11 of Article 6(1), Article 10(2), and Article 11(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
7. Data subject rights
7.1. I have been informed that I have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of my personal data;
- demand the rectification, blocking, or destruction of my personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data;
- demand that the Controller remedy unlawful actions concerning my personal data;
- challenge the Controller’s actions or omissions before Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court;
- protect my rights and legitimate interests, including the right to recover losses and/or obtain compensation for non-pecuniary damage in court.
8. Final provisions
8.1. I confirm that the personal data I have provided is complete, accurate, and true.
8.2. I confirm that I have read the Controller’s Privacy Policy, available at glake.ai/privacy.
8.3. I confirm that, in giving this consent, I am acting of my own will and in my own interest. Consent is expressed by checking the relevant checkbox when filling out a form on glake.ai.
