1. Subject of consent
By this document, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to individual entrepreneur Alexander D. Yarygin, INN 720410916222, OGRNIP 321723200057319 (the “Controller”), to process my personal data under the terms set out below.
For the purposes of this consent, personal data means any information relating to me as a data subject.
2. Personal data I provide
I consent to the Controller processing the following categories of my personal data:
- full name;
- contact information — email address, phone number;
- information about the company I work for and my position;
- information about the task or request I am submitting;
- technical information automatically transmitted by the device I use to access glake.ai: IP address, cookie data, browser information, access time, and other technical parameters;
- additional information I provide during consulting or the provision of services.
3. Purposes of processing
I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- providing access to the glake.ai website and its features;
- processing my requests for services and consulting;
- entering into and performing service agreements;
- communicating with me, including sending notifications, requests and information related to service delivery, and handling my enquiries;
- improving service quality and developing new services;
- conducting statistical and other research based on anonymised data;
- fulfilling the functions, powers and duties assigned to the Controller under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Actions performed on personal data
I consent to the Controller performing the following actions on my personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.
The processing of personal data may be carried out both with and without automated means.
5. Disclosure to third parties
I consent to my personal data being disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
- when disclosure is necessary to provide me with a particular service or to perform a contract with me;
- when disclosure is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation under a legally established procedure;
- when disclosure occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), with all obligations regarding the processing of personal data passing to the acquirer.
6. Validity period and withdrawal of consent
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending the Controller written notice to hello@glake.ai.
If consent is withdrawn, the Controller may continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent where grounds exist under clauses 2–11 of Article 6(1), Article 10(2) and Article 11(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006.
7. Data subject rights
I am informed that I have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of my personal data;
- request correction, blocking or destruction of my personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
- withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data;
- demand that the Controller remedy unlawful actions concerning my personal data;
- appeal against the Controller’s actions or omissions to Roskomnadzor or in court;
- protect my rights and legitimate interests in court, including recovery of damages and (or) compensation for non-pecuniary harm.
8. Final provisions
I confirm that the personal data I have provided is complete, accurate and truthful.
I confirm that I have read the Controller’s Privacy Policy, available at glake.ai/privacy.
I confirm that, in giving this consent, I am acting of my own will and in my own interest. Consent is expressed by checking the corresponding checkbox when filling in a form on glake.ai.
