Consent to marketing communications

1. Sender and legal basis

1.1. Marketing communications are sent by sole proprietor Alexander D. Yarygin, INN 720410916222, email hello@glake.ai, phone +7 (963) 459-30-12 (the “Operator”).

1.2. This consent is obtained in accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” dated March 13, 2006, and Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

2. Scope of consent

2.1. By checking the marketing checkbox on glake.ai, the user consents to receiving promotional and informational messages from the Operator via Telegram, email, and SMS (if a phone number has been provided), and to the processing of the following personal data for this purpose: Telegram username, first and last name (if provided), and email address and phone number if they were provided, including at checkout.

2.2. Marketing communications may include product news and updates; information about new services and offers; special promotions and discounts; useful materials, articles, and guides related to the services; invitations to events (webinars, workshops); and surveys and requests for feedback.

2.3. Marketing communications are sent no more than 2–3 times a week. The Operator does not guarantee that they will be sent on a regular basis and may suspend them for any period of time.

3. Opting out

3.1. The user may opt out of marketing communications at any time without giving a reason, either by using the unsubscribe link included in every promotional email or by sending a request to hello@glake.ai with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

3.2. Opt-out requests are processed within 3 (three) business days; messages that have already been scheduled may still be delivered during this period.

3.3. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the provision of services under a contract or the receipt of service notifications (such as order status updates or schedule changes).

4. Operator guarantees

4.1. The Operator guarantees that:

• personal data used for marketing communications will not be disclosed to third parties without the user’s consent, except as provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• personal data will be used solely for the purpose of sending marketing communications and will not be used for any other purpose without additional consent;
• the user will be able to opt out of marketing communications at any time in a simple and accessible way.

5. Term of consent

5.1. This consent remains in effect from the moment it is given until the user withdraws it.

5.2. Once consent is withdrawn, the personal data used for marketing communications is deleted from the mailing list within 10 (ten) business days.
