1. Sender and legal basis
Mailings are sent by individual entrepreneur Alexander D. Yarygin, INN 720410916222, email hello@glake.ai, phone +7 (963) 459-30-12 (the “Operator”).
This consent is obtained in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” dated 13 March 2006 (Art. 18) and Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006.
2. Content of the consent
By checking the marketing checkbox on glake.ai, the user consents to receive promotional and informational messages from the Operator through the following channels: email, the Telegram messenger, and SMS (where a phone number is provided), and to the processing of the following personal data for that purpose: email address, phone number, Telegram handle, and first and last name (where provided).
Mailings may include: product news and updates; information about new services and offers; special promotions and discounts; useful materials, articles and guides related to the services; invitations to events (webinars, workshops); and surveys or feedback requests.
Mailings are sent no more than 2–3 times a week. The Operator does not guarantee a regular schedule and may pause mailings at any time.
3. Opting out
The user may opt out of mailings at any time without giving a reason — via the unsubscribe link in every promotional email, or by sending a request to hello@glake.ai with the subject line “Unsubscribe”.
The opt-out request is processed within 3 (three) business days; previously scheduled messages may still be delivered during this period.
Opting out of mailings does not affect the provision of services under a contract or the receipt of service notifications (order status, schedule changes, etc.).
5. Validity period
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn by the user.
After consent is withdrawn, personal data used for mailings is deleted from the mailing database within 10 (ten) business days.
