How Glake collects, uses, and protects the personal data of glake.ai visitors under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data is processed and the security measures applied by individual entrepreneur Alexander D. Yarygin (the “Controller”, “we”).

Controller details: individual entrepreneur Alexander D. Yarygin, INN 720410916222, OGRNIP 321723200057319, email hello@glake.ai, phone +7 (963) 459-30-12. The registered address is provided upon request.

The Policy has been drafted in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006, Government Decrees No. 687 (15 September 2008) and No. 1119 (1 November 2012), and other applicable Russian legislation on personal data.

This Policy uses the following terms: “personal data” means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (a data subject); “processing of personal data” means any action or set of actions performed on personal data, whether automated or not, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction; “data subject” means an individual whose personal data is processed by the Controller.

When processing personal data, the Controller follows these principles:

  • processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis;
  • processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes; databases processed for incompatible purposes are not combined;
  • only data relevant to the purposes of processing is processed; the scope and content of the data correspond to the stated purposes;
  • the accuracy and sufficiency of personal data is ensured, and its relevance is updated where necessary;
  • personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and is destroyed or anonymised once those purposes are achieved or no longer required.

The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • contract performance — providing information and consulting services under the public offer: identifying the customer, granting access to materials, arranging participation in events, consulting, invoicing and accepting payment;
  • communicating with the user — informing about service status, schedule changes for events, technical access issues, and responding to enquiries;
  • marketing communications (subject to separate consent) — sending product news and updates, information about new services and special offers, and useful materials related to the services;
  • compliance with legal requirements — issuing cash receipts (Federal Law No. 54-FZ), bookkeeping, and responding to requests from government authorities;
  • improving service quality — analysing anonymised data on the use of the Site and materials to improve the user experience.

We process personal data that the user voluntarily provides when filling in the request form on the Site, as well as data collected automatically:

  • name;
  • company name;
  • phone number or another contact (email, Telegram handle);
  • the content of the request — the description of the task the user provides in the form;
  • payment data, when paying for services, is processed by the payment aggregator — the Controller does not store it;
  • technical data automatically saved together with the request and when visiting the Site: IP address, cookies, browser and device information (user agent), and data on visited pages — for spam protection and Site security purposes.

The Controller processes personal data on the following legal bases:

  • consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) — for marketing communications, expressed by filling in and submitting the request form and by using the Site with cookies stored in the browser;
  • contract performance (Art. 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) — for providing services under the public offer;
  • legitimate interests of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(7) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) — for improving service quality, provided the rights of data subjects are not infringed;
  • compliance with legal requirements (Art. 6(1)(2) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) — to fulfil mandatory legal obligations.

Users’ personal data is stored on a server located in the Russian Federation.

Retention periods depend on the category of data:

  • customer data — for the term of the contract and 3 years after its termination;
  • accounting documents — 5 years, as required by law;
  • data used for marketing communications — until consent is withdrawn;
  • cookie data — up to 1 year, or until deleted by the user in browser settings.

The Controller may disclose users’ personal data to the following categories of third parties:

  • payment aggregators — to process payments (card data is not stored by the Controller);
  • email and messenger delivery services — where consent to marketing communications has been given;
  • hosting providers — to host the Site and materials;
  • government authorities — upon their justified requests as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Controller applies organisational measures (appointing a person responsible for personal data processing, restricting access to personal data, familiarising people with access to it with legal requirements) and technical measures (HTTPS/TLS encrypted channels, storage on secured servers, backups, antivirus protection, password-based access control) to protect personal data against unlawful access, loss or disclosure.

The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data; to request correction, blocking or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing; to withdraw consent given to the Controller for processing personal data; and to appeal against the Controller’s actions or omissions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

To exercise these rights or withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, send an email to hello@glake.ai stating your full name, contact details for a reply, and the substance of the request. The Controller reviews the request within 10 (ten) business days of receipt and sends a reasoned response.

The Site uses cookies and the “Yandex.Metrica” counter to keep the Site running and to collect anonymised traffic statistics: number of visits, referral sources, and on-page behaviour.

The user can disable cookies in their browser settings — some Site features may then work incorrectly.

The Controller may amend this Policy. A new edition takes effect once published on the Site at glake.ai/privacy. In the event of material changes, the Controller notifies data subjects by email or through the Site.

This Policy is a publicly available document. The Controller is liable for violations of personal data legislation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. For any questions related to the processing of personal data, please contact hello@glake.ai.

This edition of the Policy is effective as of July 22, 2026. The current version is always available on this page.
